(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) Mr.Akil Akbar Ali, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondent.
2. As the grievance of the petitioner appears to be very limited, by consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though an enquiry is in the verge of completion, pursuant to the enquiry notices dated 30.08.2006, 18.11.2011 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
20.03.2015, no final orders have been passed. The petitioner has also sent his representation on 08.08.2019, which is pending consideration.
4. In such view of the matter, we direct the respondent to pass appropriate orders pursuant to the enquiry conducted within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
