This petition is filed to condone the delay of 215 days in preferring the above criminal revision.

2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3.Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel for the respondent strongly objected for the condonation of delay stating that petitioner is a Software Engineer working in a reputed concern and earning around Rs.1,00,000/- per month. 4.The learned counsel for petitioner objected for the same stating that petitioner is having monthly income of Rs.60,000/-. He has to take care of his aged parents. The petitioner even today ready to live with the respondent. It is the respondent, who deserted the matrimonial home and living with her parents. The respondent's father had amassed wealth and he has got lot of property and has regular income from the properties.

4.It is only a condone delay petition, the objections of the respondent can be considered at the time of admission of the revision. In view of the same, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
