This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 204 days in filing the said revision filed against the impugned order passed in Crl.M.P.No.9641 of 2024 dated 19.09.2024 by the Principal Special Judge, EC & NDPS Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 204 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
