ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to pass final orders in the Disciplinary Proceedings pending against the petitioner on the basis of the enquiry report submitted by the Enquiry Officer on 23.03.2015 as informed by the Enquiry Officer to the petitioner in Proceedings No.TBM/RPF/DAR/Ex.Con RM/2014 dated 11.03.2016 within a time limit to be fixed by this Court. 2.
Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent. 3.
Considering the limited prayer made in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion in respect of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders in the Disciplinary Proceedings pending against the petitioner on the basis of the enquiry report submitted by the Enquiry Officer on 23.03.2015 as informed by the Enquiry Officer to the petitioner in Proceedings No.TBM/RPF/DAR/Ex.Con RM/2014 dated 11.03.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
