ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2021 for payment of compensation for the lands acquired comprised in Survey Nos.15/1C, 16/1 and 16/2B, situated at T.Kollahalli Village, Dhenganikkottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
