In this miscellaneous petition, only notice through Court as well as privately, was ordered on 05.06.2017. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending without any interim order. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending at this length of time and hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
