When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent submits that the suit has already been dismissed for default on 16.11.2016. He also circulated the web copy of the order dismissing the suit.
2. Recording the said statement, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to restore the same if the suit is restored to the file. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
