A.No.4498 of 2022 in T.O.S.No.33 of 2017 is filed praying to permit the defendant to submit draft issues as stated in the judges summons and to frame the same as additional issues in the abovesaid T.O.S.No.33 of 2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, perused the pleadings and this Court frames the following additional issues. 1.Whether the deceased R.Natarajan executed a Will dated 27.11.2003 and it is his final Will? 2.Whether the plaintiffs with an evil intention to gain illegally and fraudulently got executed WILL dated 21.04.2015 in favour of them inspite of the fact that the deceased R.Natarajan was living with the defendant's family and executed a Will dated 27.11.2003 in favour of the defendant.
