Respondents PRAYER Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 3rd Respondent in Amendment Notification vide No.01D/2022 dated 27.08.2022 for the direct recruitment for the Post Graduate Assistants / Physical Education Director Grade-I / Computer Instructor Grade-I in School Education and other Departments in Zoology subject for the year 2020-2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to issue fresh amendment notification providing to be included 2 vacancy as per the back log vacancy and as per the reservation for schedule Tribes out of 159 vacancy for the subject of Zoology.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the case. He has circulated a letter dated 23.02.2026 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court, Madras and also made an endorsement in the bundle to the above effect.
