This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner should report before the respondent police, on the first day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.15881 of in Crl.O.P.No.21523 of 2022 dated 14.11.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, final report is filed and the case is taken on file in C.C.No.16 of 2023.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on the hearing dates without fail.
