PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the Inspector of Police, (L&O) H-6, R.K.Nagar Police Station, Chennai to comply with the order passed on 19.07.2019 by the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C., to register the case based on complaint of the petitioner/complainant dated 10.06.2018 and investigate the same in accordance with law within a period as may be stipulated by this Court. This petition is filed for a direction to the Inspector of Police, (L&O) H-6, R.K.Nagar Police Station, Chennai, to comply with the order passed on 19.07.2019 by the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C., to register the case based on complaint of the petitioner/complainant dated 10.06.2018 and investigate the same in accordance with law within a period as may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the complaint has been registered in FIR.No.242 of 2019.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
