This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para no.3 in Crl.M.P.No.8406 of in Crl.O.P.No.11635 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition para no.3 imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8406 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11635 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
