ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.653 of 2016 from the file of the fourth respondent to any other competent agency and to file the final report within a stipulated time.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint is of the year 2016 and after investigation by the respondent Police, the case has been closed on 10.02.2018 as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"Further action dropped". The fourth respondent has also filed the final report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate. 3.In view of the above submission, the prayer to transfer the investigation does not arise. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the fourth respondent is directed to serve RCS to the defacto complainant and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned judicial Magistrate, if so advised.
