A.No. 4646 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 504 days in filing the application to set aside the order of abatement in O.P.No. 457 of 2021.

A.No. 4647 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement occurred on death of 1st respondent in O.P.No. 457 of 2021. 3.

A.No. 4648 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 7 to 9 legal heirs of deceased 1st respondent as respondents 8 to 10 in O.P.No. 457 of 2021.

The Original Petition has been filed seeking Letters of Administration without Will relating to the estate of G.Vasantha, who had died on 30.12.2014. It is stated that the respondents had not objected to the grant of Letters of Administration but pending the Petition, the first respondent died, necessitating impleading her legal representatives. 6.

Heard the learned counsel for the respondents also. 7.

In view of the fact that it is only appropriate that all the legal representatives are brought on records, these Applications and allowed. The delay of 504 days is condoned and the abatement is set aside and the legal representatives are brought on record.
