The condition imposed by this Court while granting bail on 19.07.2023 is sought to be relaxed.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that on completion of investigation, final report has been filed.

3. Taking note of the said submission, the condition imposed on this petitioner to report before the Judicial Magistrate, Kangeyam, Tiruppur District is modified to report once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the committal proceedings to the Court of Sessions.
