This petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondent to hand over the case in Crime No.17/2016 under Section 498(A), 494, 506(ii) r/w 34 of IPC, on the file of the second respondent to Special Investigation Agency or CBCID to investigate the offence and to punish the accused in the interest of Justice.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is completed, charge sheet was filed and taken on file in C.C.No.522 of 2017, which is now pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvottiyur. 3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. No costs.
