O RDER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 3 to consider petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2025 and identify and locate the petitioner's land comprised in S.No.171/1, measuring an extent of 1 acre 32 cents of 7.70 acres, situated at Gangaikondan Village, Virudachalam Taluk.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents would submit that during the course of survey, it was found that the subject land belongs to Neyveli Lignite Corporation (NLC), he has also submitted a proceedings dated 07.10.2025, to the said effect. Learned Government Advocate for respondents would therefore submit that nothing may survive for further adjudication in this writ petition.
3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
