The Original Petition had been filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act seeking Succession Certificate with respect to the Securities of one P.Swarna, who died on 05.12.2015. 2.

The first petitioner is her husband and the other petitioners are her children. Pending the Petition, the first petitioner had died. This had necessitated the present Application to be filed and the other petitioners, namely, the second to sixth petitioners have now granted consent for Succession Certificate to be issued in the name of the fifth petitioner. 3.

In view of the reasons stated, this Application is allowed as prayed.
