ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.05.2021.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner sent a complaint to the District Superintendent of Police dated 05.05.2021 and the same was received on 20.05.2021 vide his office reference No.12/1548/SPGDP/2021. Thereafter, the petitioner is not aware about the investigation. On one occasion, the Deputy Superintendent of Police attached to District Crime Branch, called the petitioner and the petitioner furnished all the documents and gave his statement. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had arrayed only the Superintendent of Police of Namakkal District and he was not sure, where and with whom, the petitioner's complaint is presently pending.

4.Considering the submission and on a perusal of the typeset, it is seen that an Advocate Murugaiyan Babu issued a forged notification, in which, 25 persons name have been shown as selected for various posts in the Tamil Nadu State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Chennai - 03. Further, the petitioner paid around Rs.3,00,000/- as advance for the job and after confirmation of the appointment, balance amount of Rs.2,00,000/- to be collected, not only the petitioner, likewise, several other persons paid huge sums of money. The interview call letters were also produced and these forged documents were furnished by the said Murugaiyan Babu to gain confidence and thereby, cheated the petitioner. 5.
Finding that the abovesaid Advocate is involved in the offence and it is the case of Job Racketing, where, several persons have been cheated, the Deputy Superintendent of Police attached to District Crime Branch, Namakkal to immediately conduct an enquiry and to proceed in accordance with Law. In case of registration of First Information Report, the same to be immediately sent to the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu for appropriate action and the petitioner to appear before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Namakkal, on 10.01.2022 along with the necessary documents.
6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
