ORDER

Today, when this criminal original petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent police submitted that after the completion of investigation in Crime No.394 of 2021, 1st respondent police has filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Mayiladuthurai and the same is yet to be numbered.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the final report filed by the 1st respondent police. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
