ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to entrust the investigation to the CBCID and to conduct fresh investigation in respect of Crime No.136 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent herein.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that in Crime No.136 of 2015, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Tittagudi and the same was also taken on file as STC No.23 of 2016.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
