This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that Petitioner to report before the Respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders imposed on the Petitioner in order dated 01.06.2023 passed in Crl.MP.No.7207 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.5590 of 2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file as PRC.No.39 of 2023 by the Judicial Magistrate, Thirukalukundram.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.
