(Order of the Court was made by Mohammed Shaffiq J.) The Writ Appeal has been instituted to set aside the order dated 19.10.2024 in WP.No.31093 of 2024.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that they would comply with the orders of the learned Judge and would only seek further time of two weeks to comply with the direction of payment of 10% of the disputed tax.

3. Ms.Amirtha Poonkodi Dinakaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would not have any serious objections to the above submission.

4. In view thereof, the order of the learned Judge is modified to the extent that the direction/condition of payment of 10% shall be complied within

two weeks from today (i.e., 19.09.2025).
