This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 562 days in filing the application for restoration of the second appeal in SA.No.742 of 1999.

2.The learned counsel for the second respondent has no objection to allow the petition.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the petition.

4.Accordingly, the civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to number the restoration petition and post the same along with the second appeal in SA.No.742 of 1999 on 03.01.2020.
