Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2021 for issuance of the computerised patta, Chitta Adangal, etc. and to mutate the petitioner's name in the revenue records for the property measuring 120 sq.mtrs comprised in survey No.23/82 situated in Santhapuram Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2021 for issuance of the computerised patta, Chitta Adangal, etc. and to mutate the petitioner's name in the revenue records for the property measuring 120 sq.mtrs comprised in survey No.23/82 situated in Santhapuram Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to conduct enquiry on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner dated 05.10.2021 and, after issuing notice to the counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
