This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.9217 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9981 of 2023, dated 05.07.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case charge sheet is filed and taken on file in P.R.C.No.28 of 2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
