This petition is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased first appellant and rank them as appellants 3 to 5 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Ms.R.Poornima, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents 1 to 3 did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.463 of 2018 and list the matter for final hearing after three weeks.
