The petitioner seeks for a declaration, declaring the impugned order dated 13.06.2025 bearing F No.S-20011/15//2024-TECH issued by the 1st respondent is 2 / 5
ultra vires Article 14 of the Constitution of India and contrary to the provisions of the Bureau of Indian Standard Act, 2016 and the BIS Rules, 2018
2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. She also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.
3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the endorsement made in the case bundle, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
