This petition has been filed to amend the date of dismissal of the Appeal as 28.04.2018 instead of 10.04.2018 mentioned in the orders dated 13.02.2023 and 27.07.2023 passed by this Court in C.M.P.Nos.3364 of 2022 and 5649 of 2023 respectively in A.S.SR.No.95415 of 2016.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
