The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has produced a letter from the Superintendent of prison, Central prison, Cuddalore - 4, the convict prisoner No.16039 Ramadoss, S/o.Iyyaru has been released on expiry of sentence by earning remission (270 days) as per prison rules. Hence, he was released from this prison on 06.01.2020.

2. Recording the same, nothing survives in this appeal and accordingly, this Criminal Appeal is disposed of. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P. is closed.
