ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order passed in I.A.No.943 of 2016 in I.A.No.944 of 2016 in O.S.No.453 of 2010 dated 03.11.2016 on the file of the learned District Munsif at Vellore. 1/4

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.It was represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that the main suit in O.S.No.453 of 2010 has been disposed of. Against which, appeal has been filed and that was also disposed of and in E.P., possession has also been taken and hence nothing survives in this petition. 4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents and also considering the non representation on the side of the petitioner in spite of given sufficient opportunity, this Court is inclined to dismiss this petition.
