This Execution Petition has been filed for recovery of Rs. 1,24,80,000/- from Bank Account No. 04640140000344 operated by the judgment debtor with the third respondent / Bank. The counter of the third respondent reveals that, as on 12.11.2019, a sum of Rs. 1,30,744.77/- stands in the Savings Bank Account of the second respondent / judgment debtor.

In the light of the fact that judgment debtor suffers a money decree and a money lying in the second respondent account in the third respondent Bank is less than the decree amount, the entire amount lying in the Savings Bank shall be attached and be remitted in the IP account.

Accordingly, this Execution Petition is disposed of.
