It is not in dispute that the conditional order dated 20.07.2023 is not complied with. Hence, the application in C.M.P.No.20536 of 2023 seeking permission to deposit the sum of Rs.20,00,000/- into Court instead of paying it to the respondent becomes infructuous and it is dismissed.

2. The injunction granted on 20.07.2023 shall continue until further orders.

Post the appeal on 30.10.2023. In the mean time, the Registry is directed to get the records from the trial Court viz., II Additional District Court, Tiruvallur, Poonamalle.
