ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 27-06-2022 made in I.A.No.848 of 2021 in O.S.No.398 of 2015 on the file of Hon'ble Subordinate Judge, Dharapuram.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the suit in O.S.No.398 of 2015 in which the present CRP arises had been disposed of by a judgment and decree dated 12.10.2023.

3. In view of the said fact, the present Civil Revision Petition requires no further adjudication and hence, dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
