The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the order dated 08.12.2022 passed in W.P.No.4348 of 2018, against which contempt has been alleged, has been complied with. In this regard, he has produced a copy of the proceedings dated 08.08.2023 in Na.Ka.No.143/A2/2020.
