ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the conditions passed by the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate George Town Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.168 of 2022 dated 11.01.2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police first day of every month until further orders in Crime No.996 of 2021, pending investigation on the file of the respondent herein.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Lower Court while enlarging the petitioner on bail had directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
3.Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a petition seeking for relaxation of the condition imposed by the Trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.168 of 2022 in Crl.M.P.No.12589 of 2021 and the learned XVI Metropolitan Magistrate George Town Chennai by order dated 11.01.2022 was pleased to allow the petitioner with modification that the petitioner shall report before the 2/4
respondent police first day of every month until further orders. He would further submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition. Hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed by the Lower Court.
4.In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed by the Trial Court is modified as follows:
"That the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation"
