ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.214 of 2017 from the file of the second respondent to any other investigation officer not bellow the rank of Deputy Superintendent of police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completing the investigation, the second respondent Police have filed the final report and the same is taken cognizance in S.C.No.6 of 2018 by the Judicial Magistrate, Villupuram, and the same is pending for trial.

3.In view of the above submission, the prayer to transfer the investigation does not arise. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
