ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner pertaining to the complaint given by Mr.Immanuel.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent is calling the petitioner frequently based on the complaint lodged by one Immanuel and under the guise of investigation the respondent is harassing the petitioner and thus prayed for appropriate orders.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that one Immanuel has given complaint as against this petitioner and based on the said complaint the respondent called the petitioner for enquiry and inorder to avoid the enquiry, the petitioner has filed this petition.

4. Irrespective of the submissions made on either side, this Court is constrained to pass the following order: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(i) The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry. (ii) The respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law, without harassing the petitioner.
