ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Learned Special Government Pleader submits that order passed by this Court dated 16.2.2016 in W.P.No.26097 of 2011 has been complied with by the Government by passing G.O.(D) No.422, Health and Family Welfar (P1) Department, dated 11.03.2016 designating the Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai, as the Hospital in the event of Nuclear/Radiological Emergencies in Madras Atomic Power Station, Kalpakkam, Kancheepuram District.
In view of the above, this contempt petition stands closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file appropriate application, if further relief is required. No costs.
