2. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that now the vendor is not appearing before the Registration Department. In such view of the matter, let the Sub Registrar, conduct an enquiry for compulsory registration and act as per law. The Sub Registrar can also verify whether the property is an individual property or the Government property, as there is an objection also given in that line. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months.
