This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 94 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the order in Crl.M.P.No.585 of 2022, dated 16.02.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit is accepted and the delay of 94 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned.

The petition is ordered.
