Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the parties have already filed mutual consent divorce petition and hence they do not want to prosecute the transfer petition. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect.
