Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to issue a specfic direction to the 1st respondent herein by changing the investigation officer in order to submit the final report within the stipulated period prescribed by this Court with reference to the Crime No.329 of 2015 registered on 24.04.2015.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent herein by changing the investigation officer in order to submit the final report within the stipulated period prescribed by this Court with reference to the Crime No.329 of 2015 registered on 24.04.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that FIR in Crime No.329 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 13.12.2016 and the Referred Charged Sheet RCS.No.50 of 2016 has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Coimbatore.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
