This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 47 days in filing Appeal as against the Judgment and Decree passed in MCOP.No.1295 of 2015 dated 08.08.2023 on the file of the learned Judge, Small Causes Court - V, MCOP Tribunal, Chennai.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner is present in Court.

3. The learned Counsel for the second Respondent who is present in Court has no objection provided that claim of interest for the period of 47 days is waived.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed on condition that the Petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 47 days.

Registry is directed to number this Appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
