cad Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr. J. Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General (Liaisoning), furnishing before this Court, a copy of G.O. (D) No.457, Home (Prison-IV) Department dated 26.04.2023, submitted that the petitioner's representation seeking premature release has been rejected. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication and accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the aforesaid Government Order, it is open to him to assail the same in accordance with law. (S.V.N., J.)
