ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd Respondent to consider the application of the Petitioner dated 27.6.2016 and pass orders to issue patta for the properties in favour of the Petitioner.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.

3. Though the prayer in this Writ Petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his argument to the limited extent of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the application of the Petitioner dated 27.6.2016, expeditiously. Considering the limited prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 27.6.2016, after giving notice to all the parties concerned, including the other https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pattadars, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
