When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for HR&CE that the order of this Court has been complied and a sum of Rs.4,98,578/- has been credited in the account of the employee.

2. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the break-up details, including the particulars of payment of interest in respect of the amount have not been furnished to the petitioner.

3. At this juncture, learned Government Advocate, across the bar has produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.888/2014/Aa3 dated 28.02.2023 in support of disbursement of the amount.

4. In view of the above, we are of the view that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law in case of any difference in amount. No costs.
