This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7330 of 2022 dated 31.03.2022.

2. On an earlier occasion, the petitioner herein had approached this Court seeking for a direction to the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 13.05.2021 and enquire the matter within the limit.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that, respondent had conducted enquiry and sent closure report by registered post on 11.08.2021, even before filing of original petition.

4. It is seen that, the petitioner herein without reference to the closure report has filed the original petition and obtained order. However, the respondent is ready to hand over the the copy of the closure report, which was sent to him by RPAD on 11.08.2021.

5. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed. 18.11.2022 Sma 2/4
