The petition has been filed to transfer the investigation on the complaint dated 12.08.2016 from the respondent police to any other agency.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20647 of 2016 dated 12.09.2016, the complaint of the petitioner is closed and the petitioner was advised to approach the concerned jurisdictional Police.

3. In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. No costs.
