This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file the FIR in Crime No.651 of 2022 for the alleged offences under Sections 447, 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC r/w. Section 4 of Woman Harassment Act 1/4

& Section 3 TNPPD Act, pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the copy of the FIR in Cr.No.651 of 2022 is filed before the concerned court and copy of the same is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
